If you have ever thought about joining the gym, but changed your mind, or have started a regime that just hasn't worked, then I can help you.
You could be very unfit, trying to establish a sensible routine, or an athlete wanting to return to peak fitness to train for a specific event or somewhere in between.
Feeling good is something that we take for granted, and yet, often we are feeling over-tired, stressed, out of condition and miserable. Often we set ourselves targets but have no real idea on how to attain them.
Regardless of your starting point, I can offer practical advice, based on your physical strengths and weaknesses and provide you with a programme that targets the problem areas in a way that is right for you, fits with your daily routine and your physical and mental preparedness. This can be carried out in the gym or in the comfort of your own home, using my own portable equipment, where I can guide and motivate you. If your goal is to learn to run or to compete in a race, or both, then let's get those trainers dirty and get started.
Getting fitter doesn't have to be a chore, either. We can have fun with your training sessions. Depending on your aims (and your available time, of course), you can work out several times a week, once a week, with a friend or partner, or even with the kids there. The key thing is that it has to fit in with your lifestyle.
