Something specifically for the ladies next - Stylish sports clothing is often difficult to come by, but I would highly recommend this particular site, and can vouch for the clothing personally, as almost all of mine comes from there. It includes clothing for a number of activities including tennis and yoga.

Sorry gents, I will have to find another website for you!

I am including this next link as the site belongs to a client of mine, Ross Sparkes, who spent about 18 months working hard getting fit to take part in Enduro Africa, a gruelling 8 day, 2,000 km trek on a motorcycle, across some of South Africa's most inhospitable terrain. The 2009 event, which Ross took part in, took place in September, and you might like to read how he prepared for the race, and how it all went. I'm really proud to have helped him prepare for this. Well done Ross!

Darren Tilley, although Osteopathic trained, is much more than that, he is, in his own words a "physical therapist, drawing on any number of disiplines in order to obtain maximum results." Darren is the first person I go to if I am suffering from any muscle injuries, and is the person to whom I refer my clients to, if they are suffering any muscular problems - whether from sports or just from every day living. He is quite simply, the best in the business.

This may not be connected to the leisure industry, but getting our finances sorted out is something that affects all of us. The guy who owns this website has been my financial adviser for more than 20 years and I think everyone should have someone like Stuart, or indeed Stuart himself, to help them make sense of the sometimes confusing, and somewhat dry subject of finance. So, for sound independent financial advice, go to www.stuartallinson-ifa.co.uk
